Staff was rude. The front desk clerk was glued to her chair and very lazy. From my experience front desk staff are there to help you with the reservation. Well don't expect that here. Expect the laziness of a sloth. The front desk clerk looked very unkempt. Roof leaks in the back building in the hallway and smells of smoke really bad. I regret my stay. I watched the desk clerk "fight back" with a guest that was placed in the wrong room. I'm shocked at how the hotel staff handled that guest. Very unfortunate. Never staying here again.
Reserved a room at this hotel for my visiting in-laws. Not too bad, I've definitely stayed in worse hotels. Some of the things, such as doorknobs and furniture, look pretty old. Could stand to use an update. Parents-in-law said the bed was pretty comfortable, plenty of channels on tv, shower was hot enough and had good water pressure. Seems like the hotel is pretty clean for the most part. Front desk have been great, very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting our area.
Dirty, dingy smell, no ironing board, we weren't able to get more pillows & blankets. The blankets are super thin. The property is very awkward... Different buildings. Breakfast is tiny. Good parts: big room & comfy bed (if you bring a pillow).
Excellent service. Very nice. Would stay again.
