Had pizza there for the 1st time and it was great. Service wonderful. Highly recommend.
I called Bella italia tonight to have dinner delivered, only to be told that they do deliver, just not tonight. So I hung up and while reading their reviews I saw another post about the same issue. The owner had replied to the customer saying " sorry and if anyone else were to tell you they don't deliver you should ask to speak to a manager or an owner". So my wife called back and asked to speak to the manager. The lady said she was the manager, and wanted to know where we saw that comment online, that she knew nothing about it. We have ate there several times and the food was very good. It was just disappointing to see that this was an issue that had been addressed before, yet still remains an issue.
Food pretty good. Service is usually good but not yesterday when the large women was serving. Had to remind her to bring out our waters, she keeped setting the food on the opposite side of the table, out of reach. Pretty pricy too.
Advertised they had delivery service, I called and placed my order, only to get told that they did not have a delivery driver available. I cancelled my order. Its a shame because I try to support any new business, and this was my first attempt. (Thank you to the owner for the response about the delivery issue. I have since gave this restaurant another try, and I have been pleased with the food quality. The Garlic Knots are amazing! Changing my review because of the owner's fast reply.)
First time eating here. We had the large vegetable calzone. I was surprised at the quality. Awesome. Better than any of the Italian restaurants I have been to in a while in multiple states. Awesome marinara sauce. Good customer service. If in Hillsville visit this restaurant.
