Okay agave eaten here plenty of times. The food is good and yes if you get there near closing time food can seem odd because it is a buffet. Best time to hit is close to dinner and lunch when food is at it's peek.
This place serves food that is 3-4 days old. Services was ok. Writing on bathroom walls also denotes the food that is served there. It made me and my friend sick from eating. Didnt even finish our meal!

Most times I've came here, the food is dry where it has been out so long. Recommend only coming here while they are busy for the fresher food.
